All Sales Are Final … any return must be pre-authorized by GCBM R/C Enterprises with a phone call, email, or fax. Any authorized return product must be in new and unused condition. A 20% restocking fee will be accessed for all returned items.

Warranty Coverage: GCBM R/C Enterprises guarantees the products it manufactures for one full year from date of purchase against material and labor defect. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, customer modification, or crash damage. Products made by other manufacturers and sold by GCBM R/C Enterprises must be sent directly to the manufacturer for warranty issues. GCBM R/C Enterprises will be happy to supply a copy of your sales receipt should you need one to show proof of purchase.

Statement of Liability: GCBM R/C Models Inc. guarantees the products it sells to be manufactured of high quality materials with excellent craftsmanship, and are free from defects at the date of purchase. IN NO CASE SHALL GCBM R/C MODELS INC. LIABILITY EXCEED THE ORIGINAL COST OF THE PURCHASED ITEM. As GCBM R/C Enterprises has no control over the manner in which any of its products are used or maintained, no liability shall be assumed nor accepted for any damages resulting from use of products purchased. If the purchaser is not prepared to accept the liability associated with the use of this product, he/she is advised to immediately return the product to GCBM R/C Enterprises in new and unused condition for a complete refund less all shipping charges.
